In 2020, renowned and award winning builders, Per Bernard and Martin Bird, along with Tibor Hegedis, took over the business and relocated the factory from Melbourne to Daylesford, Victoria, where the business continues to grow and innovate.

The new owners are committed to providing technical and sales support, drafting, logistics, problem solving, and quality-controlled manufacturing to our customers across Australia and overseas. We provide advice and products to help design and build your SIPs home or commercial building using our SPA SIPs OSB products and TRIDEK SIPs steel products.

Our mission is to manufacture products that lower the cost of well insulated buildings.

As builders of very energy efficient and super insulated buildings, we are fully aware of the high costs of reaching higher than 6 stars. SIPs allows us to do just that at lower cost, allowing us to achieve these very high levels of thermal efficiency and comfort.
